Born rule is equilibrium, not law

Entangled nonlocality is real in pilot-wave dynamics, but practical “no-signaling” happens because the universe is in a Born-rule equilibrium state formed by early-complex relaxation, not because relativity forbids signals.

Breaking equilibrium enables superluminal signaling

In pilot-wave terms, instantaneous distant effects average to zero only when hidden variables follow the Born-rule distribution; change that distribution (non-equilibrium) and the balancing fails, yielding an observable net signal.

Cosmology may reveal long-wavelength Born deficits

Relaxation to the Born rule is fast for short wavelengths but suppressed for modes longer than the Hubble radius, so early-universe deviations would persist as large-scale CMB power deficits—potentially testable despite current controversy.
